The Elixar Camps – our approach
Creating a dynamic
The โElixar Campsโ are bringing us together. Within a small group of participants, the coach will guide you: to better awake your senses, to create human moments, and to bring home your โWell-Livingโ.
Adopting a path for each season
Elixar Camps are groups of 5 to 10 people with a dedicated coach. A Camp is made of group sessions of 1 to 3 hours each, occurring every week. Each Camp is a journey to learn and to implement one of the Elixar โWell-Livingโ skills. They spread across 4 to 8 weeks and are organised by season (Spring-Summer-Autumn-Winter).

Impacting real life
The Camps are typically made of 2 components:
- the “sessions” will cover the theory and practice of a sense-connected discipline (e.g. Pilates, Dance, Nutrition, Wine Tasting, Mixology, Music DJ…) in a place and format that privileges fluidity and exchanges.
- the “activities” will take you beyond the skills acquired in sessions. They will tangibly connect the discipline to a broader perpective of the “Well-Living” (e.g. keep your senses awake to enjoy more moments in your day, be in touch with those who bring fresh perspectives in your life…).
Limited number of participants
Places are limited in order to guarantee good dynamics and best results. It is highly recommended to book in advance.
If you have not yet participated to one of the Elixar Camp, we will ask you to be referred by one of our existing participant or by one of our Tribe members. Don’t hesite to get in touch with us!
Main languages and locations of the camps
The Camps are conducted, at the moment, exclusively in Italian language and in the region of Bergamo (Italy).
