has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">La leadership n\u2019\u00e9choue pas par manque d\u2019intelligence, de cadres ou de donn\u00e9es.<br\/>Elle \u00e9choue parce que la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est mal per\u00e7ue, faiblement discut\u00e9e et d\u00e9cid\u00e9e trop t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-6 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">Avant la strat\u00e9gie, avant l\u2019ex\u00e9cution, avant l\u2019alignement, il y a la perception.<br\/>Ce qui est remarqu\u00e9, ignor\u00e9, simplifi\u00e9 ou tu d\u00e9termine chaque r\u00e9sultat qui suit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-7 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">La Sensory Leadership commence l\u00e0, avec la perception humaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div les mod\u00e8les de leadership qui op\u00e8rent uniquement au niveau des concepts, des diapositives et des slogans.<br\/>Nous rejetons les approches qui supposent que les humains d\u00e9cident principalement par l\u2019analyse rationnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-10 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">Le jugement humain est incarn\u00e9.<br\/>Il est fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 par les sens, les \u00e9motions, la m\u00e9moire et le contexte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-11 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">Toute approche du leadership qui ignore cela produit des d\u00e9cisions fragiles et une fausse certitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">L\u2019alignement n\u2019est pas l\u2019uniformit\u00e9.<br\/>Le consensus n\u2019est pas la clart\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-14 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">Forcer les \u00e9quipes \u00e0 converger trop t\u00f4t efface les signaux faibles, les perceptions minoritaires et les v\u00e9rit\u00e9s inconfortables. C\u2019est ainsi que les organisations d\u00e9rivent, se polarisent ou s\u2019effondrent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-15 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">La Sensory Leadership prot\u00e8ge la diversit\u00e9 perceptuelle comme un atout strat\u00e9gique.<br\/>L\u2019alignement intervient plus tard, et uniquement sur les d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"myth-of-solitary\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-color-4-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-large-font-size wp-elements-16\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Nous d\u00e9passons le mythe de la d\u00e9cision solitaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-17 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">Nous ne croyons ni \u00e0 une leadership fond\u00e9e sur la seule brillance individuelle, ni \u00e0 des d\u00e9cisions improvis\u00e9es par des groupes. Ce sont deux mythes dont les organisations paient encore le prix. Chaque d\u00e9cision est fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e bien avant d\u2019\u00eatre annonc\u00e9e \u2014 par la consultation, l\u2019attention, les silences et la mani\u00e8re dont les diff\u00e9rences sont trait\u00e9es.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-18 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">La Sensory Leadership op\u00e8re \u00e0 ce niveau amont. Elle cr\u00e9e les conditions permettant aux \u00e9quipes de percevoir ensemble la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, de maintenir une tension productive sans pr\u00e9cipiter la cl\u00f4ture, et de structurer ce qui \u00e9merge avant qu\u2019une d\u00e9cision ne soit prise. L\u2019autorit\u00e9 reste claire. Le timing reste disciplin\u00e9. Ce qui change, c\u2019est la qualit\u00e9 de la perception qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de l\u2019action. C\u2019est cela, la <strong>d\u00e9cision collective<\/strong>.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-19 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">En refusant la fausse opposition entre collectif et individuel, la Sensory Leadership redonne \u00e0 la leadership sa fonction r\u00e9elle : d\u00e9cider avec clart\u00e9, apr\u00e8s que la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 pleinement per\u00e7ue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"freedom-risk-dispersion\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-color-4-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-large-font-size wp-elements-20\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Nous reconnaissons que la libert\u00e9 sans discipline m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la dispersion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-21 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">La diversit\u00e9 sans structure conduit au bruit, \u00e0 la paralysie et \u00e0 la fragmentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-22 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">La Sensory Leadership ne consiste pas \u00e0 c\u00e9l\u00e9brer les diff\u00e9rences pour elles-m\u00eames.<br\/>Elle vise \u00e0 rendre les diff\u00e9rences v\u00e9ritablement utiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-23 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">Les perceptions sont d\u2019abord r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es, puis structur\u00e9es, puis canalis\u00e9es vers l\u2019action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"perception-trained\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-color-4-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-large-font-size wp-elements-24\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Nous croyons que la perception doit \u00eatre entra\u00een\u00e9e, et non suppos\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-25 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">Les personnes ne per\u00e7oivent pas naturellement bien sous pression, hi\u00e9rarchie ou vitesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-26 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">L\u2019attention se r\u00e9tr\u00e9cit.<br\/>Les biais se rigidifient.<br\/>Les r\u00e9cits remplacent la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-27 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">La Sensory Leadership consid\u00e8re la perception comme une capacit\u00e9 pouvant \u00eatre entra\u00een\u00e9e, stabilis\u00e9e et affin\u00e9e. Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019intuition contre la raison. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une intuition <em>\u00e9clair\u00e9e par la structure<\/em>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"senses-as-instruments\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-custom-color-4-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-large-font-size wp-elements-28\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Nous utilisons les sens comme des instruments, non comme des distractions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-29 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">La vue, le son, l\u2019odorat, le toucher et le go\u00fbt ne sont pas des m\u00e9taphores.
