has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">This is why we refuse to sell another cognitive framework, or any programme that treats perception as a warm-up act before the real work begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-6 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">Three consequences follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-custom-color-4-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-7\" id=\"clarity-not-consensus\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Consensus is not clarity.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-8 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">We believe a team&rsquo;s disagreement, held a little longer, produces better decisions than early consensus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-9 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">So we refuse to design any workshop whose success metric is \u00ab\u00a0the room agreed.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left has-custom-color-4-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-10\" id=\"strategy-not-elite\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Strategy is not an elite privilege.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-11 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">We believe a strategy becomes real only once the people asked to execute it have helped shape how the situation was perceived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-12 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">So we refuse to build a leadership journey that reaches only the C-suite, or hand over a plan whose authorship stops at the top floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left is the proof of learning.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-14 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">We believe a decision a team can still feel and recall months later is worth more than one it merely agreed to in the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
