Entrambi sono miti per cui le organizzazioni continuano a pagare un prezzo. Ogni decisione viene plasmata molto prima di essere annunciata \u2014 attraverso la consultazione, l\u2019attenzione, i silenzi e il modo in cui vengono gestite le differenze.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-5fbfe2785e7f42f743f900563255cd45 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">La Sensory Leadership opera a questo livello preliminare. Crea le condizioni affinch\u00e9 i team percepiscano insieme la realt\u00e0, mantengano una tensione produttiva senza precipitare verso una chiusura e strutturino ci\u00f2 che emerge prima che una decisione venga presa. L\u2019autorit\u00e0 resta chiara. Il tempo decisionale resta disciplinato. Ci\u00f2 che cambia \u00e8 la qualit\u00e0 della percezione che precede l\u2019azione.
