Both are myths that organisations still pay for. Every decision is shaped long before it is announced \u2014 through consultation, attention, silence, and the way differences are handled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color has-roboto-slab-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-elements-18 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">Sensory Leadership operates at this upstream level. It creates the conditions for teams to sense reality together, to hold productive tension without rushing to closure, and to structure what emerges before a decision is taken. Authority remains clear. Timing remains disciplined. What changes is the quality of perception that precedes action.
