The e-commerce website elixar.it is controlled by the company Elixar S.R.L. registered in Italy [REA: 481377 (BG)], governed by the Italian law, and in line with the European Union regulations. To this effect, the Policies of the company and the Terms & Conditions of Sale are primarily written and updated in their Italian version. The following English translation is provided in good faith for illustrative purpose. In case of doubts or inconsistencies, the Italian text (in the lower section of this page) shall prevail. We then invit our visitors and clients to also always verify the specifics of our terms, conditions and policies in the original Italian text or to contact us at info@elixar.it.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Through Akismet anti-spam service, we may collect information about visitors who leave comments on the site. The information we collect typically includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

• Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
• Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

What we share with others

We may share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example payment services, logisics & freight partners, email services, analytics and reporting tools, accounting and tax software, and other necessary services.

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Back in stock notifications

WooCommerce Back In Stock Notifications stores the following information when customers sign up to receive back-in-stock notifications:

• Customer e-mail.
• Sign-up date.
• Notification date.

This information can be used to personally identify customers, and is stored in the database indefinitely.

Gift Cards

WooCommerce Gift Cards stores the following information, as provided by gift card buyers:

• Sender name.
• Recipient name.
• Recipient email.
• Message from sender to recipient.

This information can be used to personally identify the sender and recipient(s), and is stored indefinitely.

Full access to all gift card data is restricted to Store Administators only. Store Managers may view and search by sender, recipient and gift card code. However, gift card messages cannot be viewed by Store Managers.

Product Recommendations

Cookies

While browsing our site, we will set temporary cookies to track:

• Recommendations you have viewed.
• Product recommendations you have clicked.

These cookies contain no personal data and expire after 1 day.

Analytics

We store aggregate information based on the recommendations you view and click while browsing our site. This information cannot be used to personally identify you.

Communication logs

We keep a log of some of the communication that we have with you which may include marketing and transactional emails and/or SMS messages. What we share with others

We may use CreativeMail (Newfold Digital) for email marketing. Your data may be transferred to CreativeMail for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
