What is GENAGO?

GENAGO is a social club with regular in-person events involving both young talents and mature professionals.
This is a place to reach out to new circles and to share perspectives across generations.

We bring people together to think and act on the topics that matter for tomorrow.

Who comes to GENAGO?

Membership is open from the age of 15. Participants range from students finding their path and young professionals building their careers, to seasoned business owners and company directors.

We are a community of international travellers, sometimes expats, so sessions and conversations are conducted both in English and in the local language.

You can join your first sessions as a visitor by simply booking your ticket. To join the GENAGO community as a member, ask an existing member to sponsor you.

Why GENAGO?

GENAGO is reviving the concept of the “Agora”:
In ancient Greece, the Agora was the place where people of all ages gathered to talk, debate, trade and build community. The name of the project GENAGO™ is the encounter of the words “GENeration” and “AGOra”.

The junior attendees get the opportunity to hear about life experiences and the senior attendees benefit of a fresh perspective on the world.

The expat attendees build local connections and the local attendees open up to new countries.

How does a session look like?

Convivial evening sessions of 2 hours are organised on week days once or twice a month.

Thursdays, 18:30–20:30. Arrive on time — we start on time.

We share views on themes related to technology, ethics, geopolitics and leadership. And we alternate socialising moments with structured interactive activities to launch insightful conversations and to facilitate new partnerships.
