Our Approach
Elixar cultivates memorable experiences that move people, fuel action, and deliver results.
We help teams & talents to combine senses with strategy.
Because we believe that, in the age of connectivity and speed,
true leadership is the discipline of staying human.

TO MAKE YOU SHINE
by unveiling your nature and your spark
Why Elixar?
“At Elixar, we start with what we humanly have in common: our senses.
Jeremy Leroux, Founder of Elixar
Regardless of cultures and generations, our senses bring us inspiration. This is a step to see beauty in diversity and to convey motivating emotions.
Elixar is also about thinking and doing with method and coherence so the spark of inspiration can make you shine through your realisations.”
From What Elixar Is Born?
founder’s life perspective
Elixar started from what I kept seeing, and could not unsee.
Young people giving up on life because nothing around them made them feel they could shine: a wound that still shapes how seriously I take our responsibility, as adults, to pass on the beauty of life, the pleasure of sensing it, and the appetite to dream at scale.
Opinions hardening into camps, tolerance thinning, critical thinking losing ground to lifestyles built around the self and the simplified take, until humanity itself seemed to be losing touch with its own essence.
Inside companies, a narrower version of the same pattern: senior leadership guarding strategic thinking as an elite privilege, capping the very talent it most needed to challenge and renew it, a drift that, left unattended, lets numbers and fear become the only forces steering the room.
I watched the same organisations spend real budget complying with rigid, outdated methods on one side, and indulging teams with shallow, disconnected team-building on the other: two supposedly opposite worlds, both underperforming.
And beneath all of it, a last divide that explains why so many fixes fail on contact: two camps, the extremists of cognition and the extremists of the holistic, each convinced the other’s territory was decoration rather than substance.
Elixar exists to close that gap, not by choosing a side, but by treating perception and reason, the senses and the strategy, as one instrument, worthy of the same discipline Sensory Leadership; by connecting generations through the GENAGO business club; and by unveiling bonds and inner strengths with the Infin’Em perspective.
